As St. Patrick's Day approaches, Oreo is offering more green treats. The cookie brand launches mint-flavored frozen snacks today.
This new variety includes Oreo Mint bars (170 calories), sandwiches (210 calories), and a 14-ounce scoopable tub (190 calories per 2/3 cup).
All of these products have a delicious mint creme-flavored frozen dairy dessert base with Oreo cookie chunks. Like many frozen dairy sweets, it looks like ice cream but doesn't fulfill regulatory criteria. The FDA's ice cream requirements are milk fat and milk solids percentages.
The sandwiches come in a carton of four with a frozen mint cookie foundation between two huge wafer cookies. The bars come in a box of five and contain the same frozen dessert base coated in crushed Oreo cookies.
Oreo is celebrating St. Patrick's Day by giving out Pot-O-Treats on Instagram and X (previously Twitter) to promote its new frozen dessert line.
Oreo fans who see a rainbow on Instagram Stories or X from March 15 to 17 can tag @oreo and add #OreoFrozenTreats and #Sweepstakes. A DM with more actions will be sent to social media users.
This sweepstakes winners will receive one box of Oreo Mint Bars, one box of Sandwiches, and one 14-ounce tub of frozen treat.
