McDonald's Is Offering This New Breakfast Sandwich
McDonald's is offering a limited-time chicken sandwich. However, this is breakfast.
The restaurant told Eat This, Not That! that it is presenting two new Crispy Chicken Breakfast sandwiches with all-white flesh chicken fillet,
fried, and served on a buttery biscuit or freshly toasted English muffin. These items are only available at specific locations in numerous states, including Ohio.
The McChicken Biscuit, Chicken McGriddle, and Crispy Chicken Breakfast Sandwich with bacon are among McDonald's chicken breakfast offerings.
McDonald's has always loved chicken, even though it didn't win the 2019 Chicken Sandwich Wars.
It has introduced three Crispy Chicken Sandwiches that resemble the discontinued Southern Style and Buttermilk Chicken Sandwiches.
The original McChicken is still a menu staple, but these updated versions use a "filet" instead of a patty.
The "spongy" McChicken patties was blamed for the sandwich's poor performance against Popeyes and Chick-fil-A.
According to local press, the Crispy Chicken Breakfast Sandwich will be offered for a limited time but may return in February or March next year.
