How To Get Garlic Smell Off Your Hands

Stainless Steel Rubbing: Rub your hands against a stainless steel object, such as a sink or a specially designed stainless steel "soap" bar, under cold running water.

Lemon Juice: Lemon juice is a natural deodorizer. Rubbing fresh lemon juice on your hands and then washing them with soap and water can help neutralize garlic smells.

Salt and Baking Soda Scrub: Mix equal parts of salt and baking soda with a little water to make a paste. Scrub your hands with this mixture, then rinse with water. Both ingredients are great for exfoliating and removing odors.

Coffee Grounds: Used coffee grounds can absorb and eliminate odors. Rub your hands with damp coffee grounds, then rinse with water.

Toothpaste: A small amount of toothpaste (preferably the paste kind, not gel) can be used to wash your hands. The ingredients in toothpaste that freshen your breath can also remove odors from your hands.

Vinegar: White vinegar or apple cider vinegar can help neutralize garlic smell. Rub your hands with vinegar, then rinse with water

Stainless Steel and Soap: Combine the stainless steel method with soap. First, rub your hands on stainless steel under running water, then wash with soap. This combination can be very effective in removing garlic odors.

Rubbing Alcohol or Hand Sanitizer: Since these products are good at killing bacteria and removing smells, applying a small amount of rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer can help remove the garlic smell.

Mint or Parsley Rub: Rubbing fresh mint leaves or parsley on your hands can help neutralize the smell. These herbs are natural deodorizers and can leave a fresh scent on your hands.

Warm Water and Soap: Sometimes, simply washing your hands thoroughly with warm water and soap several times can reduce the garlic smell significantly. It’s the first step you should take before trying other methods.
