Ben & Jerry's Is Bringing Back This Beloved Discontinued Ice Cream

Any ice cream fan knows that Vermont-based Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream is notorious for killing flavors. Over thirty varieties are in the brand's

flavor graveyard online and at the Burlington ice cream maker. On March 17, St. Patrick's Day, Ben & Jerry's will bring back the Dublin Mudslide.

You may remember the flavor, but if you didn't try it before it was discontinued in 2007, it's perfect for St. Patrick's Day: Irish cream ice

cream with coffee fudge swirls and chocolate chip biscuits. It sounds much better than corned beef and cabbage.

First released in 2004, the Dublin Mudslide was a limited-edition flavor. This flavor became a fan favorite and full-time. Only three years later,

the flavor was discontinued. It's back, thankfully for everyone who appreciates excellent stuff!

The ice cream maker said this Dublin Mudslide contains a taste of a new, award-winning spirit produced from whey, the nutrient-rich liquid

left over from cheesemaking. Wheyward Spirit's focus on sustainability and local dairy farms makes it an obvious addition to this sweet, boozy flavor.

The 1983 brand-debut flavor was smooth coffee liqueur ice cream. In 2013, the 1997 flavor cemetery favorite returned to shops and bars.

This 2018 limited-edition toasted marshmallow ice cream with chocolate cookies, graham cracker swirls, and fudge flakes was revived swiftly.
