Coca-Cola Just Debuted a Revolutionary New Canned Cocktail

One cocktail duo has endured. Americans have drunk the famous combo since 1907. Soon, fans won't need to go to a bar or manufacture it—it'll be canned.

Coca-Cola will release a countrywide RTD Jack Daniel's & Coca-Cola cocktail. It will be available in Coke Zero and regular. It will be the first U.S.

Jack Daniel's & Coca-Cola RTD will have a regular 350 ml can with 5% alcohol by volume, similar to most beers. Coca-Cola says the canned

cocktail will debut in Mexico later this year, but it outsources its other hard seltzers and drinks for U.S. sales, so the exact release date is unknown.

"We keep consumers at the center of everything we do in expanding our portfolio," added Quincey.

"We are consumer-focused and offering more choices, including in rapidly expanding flavored alcohol beverages."

Coca-Cola aims to launch "Fresca Mixed" later this year with Corona producer Constellation Brands as part of its RTD strategy. It will join

Topo Chico Hard Seltzers and Simply Spiked Lemonade, created with MolsonCoors, as recent RTDs for the brand.

Coca-Cola wants to join the canned cocktail trend. The Distilled Spirits Council of the U.S. claimed that premixed

cocktails were the fastest-growing spirits sector in 2021. That year, RTD drink sales rose 42.3% from 2020.
